"Buying a car is something I dread or I guess now I should say "used to dread". My experience at San Tan Volkswagen was, without question, the best car buying experience I have ever had. I knew I wanted a Volkswagen. I was going to buy a Volkswagen, but how my experience went was going to determine where I was going to get it from. I went in with hopes of working with a female for my potential purchase. After walking around other car lots and having no one approach me to see if I even had any questions and then finding out that my husband, who happened to be walking around the same lot, was asked over 4 times, I was already dismayed by the gender bias. So here I was, going in to spend a lot of money, already planning on being disappointed with my experience. That was not the case at San Tan Volkswagen. They instantly accommodated my request and even better didn't even hesitate. Their number one concern was that I was happy with every step of the process and that was very clear from the beginning. They helped my pick out the best car for me, get the price I was looking for and made sure I was all set up with the bluetooth/navi/clocks/radio stations and made sure I understood how everything worked. It was an extremely easy, fast and friendly process. I would definitely buy another car from San Tan Volkswagen and would refer friends, family & colleagues without questions."
