NEVER HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE!! Purchase process and service after the sale is head and shoulders above the rest. My husband and I worked with Katie and Elizabeth at Five Star Warner Robins via the internet for a good long while before ever going to see the new Cadillac ATS. Never was there any pressure to hurry up and come see the car. And when we made it to the dealership probably 6 - 8 weeks later, there was no pressure to buy a car. Elizabeth helped me, knew I was exploring my options, showed me multiple vehicles and let us make our decisions on our own without the pushy feeling you expect from commissioned sales people. She seemed to care as much that I was happy as she did making the sale - really more! We did elect to purchase the new ATS and throughout the whole purchase process, we were met with professionalism, friendliness and genuine customer service. Every experience with the dealership since has improved our satisfaction levels. Our first service appointment was like nothing I've experienced before. I pulled up, the garage door opened to a spotless area where Keith met me more like an old friend than a service department. He took such great care of me and this means a lot as I will be getting most all the service on my own without my husband. I was not at all worried that he wouldn't treat me fairly. Additionally, I didn't feel stupid for asking whatever questions I had. When he wasn't sure about a question I had with the paint, he sent me to the collision center. There I met Jason and Rick who right away knew what I was showing them and devised a plan to correct. Most other dealers would have blown off the question and I would have left with a less than perfect car! At one time had thought I would get my service from a closer certified service center, but there is no doubt now I will make the hour to Five Star Warner Robins to see the people who care about my car as much as I do. It's not just Elizabeth, Keith, Jason or Rick either. EVERY person I've met, walked passed or dealt with have enhanced my experience with a smile, "how are you doing today" or willingness to help.
