Located in a suburb of Cleveland, Kia of Bedford is the largest Kia Dealer in Ohio, and now among the 10 largest in the nation. With new leadership and a close partnership with PureCars, the dealership is having a record year in 2018.
After taking over as Director of Operations for Kia of Bedford at the end of 2017, David Gruhin began working with PureCars as a strategic partner on his digital campaigns. This highly collaborative partnership quickly began generating record-breaking results for the dealership. Over the course of Q1, PureCars helped Kia of Bedford generate 209% more leads and 33% more calls, all at a 21% savings in monthly ad spend. During the month of March alone, Gruhin reported that he spent almost $38k less in advertising and had record sales.
“We had the largest sales day in a 9 year history here and I attribute that in combination with our digital efforts with PureCars, some really clever email campaigns, as well as just general process change here,” Gruhin said. “We are now basically at the point of a 46% increase in business YoY.”
