To kick off the new year, we launched the official PureCars’ Dealer Advisory Council. Our advisory council consists of dealers from across the US, of varying size and brand, who provide ongoing feedback and insight to our product strategy team. In return, council members are given early access to new tools and testing. NADA goes virtual in 2021
This past year we participated in the first ever (and hopefully last!) virtual NADA. Meeting the needs of the changing market
Almost a year into dealing with COVID-19 hardships and restrictions, our industry was hit hard with inventory shortages from lack of chips and supply chain disruptions. PureCars quickly pivoted our strategies to help dealers maintain profitability and acquire used vehicles – in a more cost effective and efficient way – with the introduction of the UFO (Used Fixed Ops) strategy. PureCars’ implemented strategic advertising to help dealers skip the auction fees, allowing them to acquire more inventory and keep the front of the house profitable, while also filling their service drive.

Advertising for Less
An exciting new addition was made available to PureCars TV – we expanded our offering to include directly serving OTT/CTV ads on Amazon’s Demand-side platform (DSP). This enhancement provides our dealer partners with first access to Amazon OTT/CTV inventory for their 120 million FireTV devices, resulting in 30% lower cost for impressions and 25% lower cost per completed view. In addition to lower costs, Amazon DSP provides expanded reach based on life events, Amazon Garage settings, and purchase intent, down to the zip/postal code level.
